If you don't already have it you must download Adobe® Acrobat® Reader . This is a free software package and this link has instructions on downloading the latest version.

Here are a few helpful hints about using the forms in Acrobat Reader.

• If you want to save the file to your local drive, point the mouse at the name of the file and press the right button. A menu should appear within which you should choose the "Save Target As…" option. Then save the file into your chosen local directory.

• To view the page at a comfortable size, use the "Magnify + or Magnify -" functions on the toolbar in Acrobat Reader to increase or decrease the size of the form. You can also select "Fit Visible" form the view menu which is a standard size for viewing.

• To move from field to field you can do one of three things. You can press either the TAB or Enter keys to move the cursor or the "hand" icon from one field to the next. You can also use your mouse to click on the next desired field.
