| Charles graduated from the New York Institute of Technology, School of
Architecture in 1982. He then served a three-year apprenticeship with Norman Jaffe,
a renowned Architect of residential & commercial masterpieces who was a student of both Frank Lloyd Wright
and Phillip Johnson. Charles was an integral part of the design team for the Gates of the Grove

| In the spring of 1999, he was chosen to design the interior renovation of the middle school commissioned
by The Hewitt School. Over the coarse of the following school years, Charles has continued to provide the

| In 1996, Charles started working in the hospitality area. Projects in both Europe and the United States have established CRS Designs as a leader
in the field. In 1997, Charles transformed the Iroquois Hotel, located in midtown Manhattan, from a typical decaying 100 year-old accommodation,
to a small luxury hotel status. In 1999, using state-of-the-art 3-dimensional rendering, CRS Designs was able to create a virtual 360-degree space
